- Horror film characters with practical sense and a taste for listening rather than ignoring advice.
- Less ‘Famous Last Words’.
- Less ‘things that need fixing’ in horror films. If the goddamn’ word "generator" and/or "other side of the building/complex/wood" comes up I’m walking.
- More films dealing with Angels and Demons in Angelic wars(Think "Prophecy", or even "Constantine"). I must point out the amazing "Angels in America", adapted from Kushner’s play which deals with AIDS in the mid eighties and to me was one of the most remarkable use of Angels in recent times. Also in the same vein I would also have to point out ITV’s "The Second Coming".
- An Alien film set on Earth.
- More Japanese influence in Movies. This can only be a good thing.
- More adult animation. It ain’t just for chiddlers.
- A decent characterization of Batman, surely that’s possible?
- Music, matter again.
- The extinction of the whole of humanity. Surely that’s possible. I mean total, no redemption, no second chances, no small enclaves with the hope of once repopulating humanity.
- More cowbell.
